A professional partner for business travel
Travel coordination begins with understanding your business: who travels, how requests are approved and what your finance team needs from the service.
A business-focused approach
CTS LLC is an independently owned Georgian corporate travel management company. We work with companies and institutional organizations to understand their travel needs and agree a clear scope of service and responsibilities.
Why work with a travel management provider?
Managing travel independently can leave employees, approvers and finance teams coordinating separate tasks. A travel management arrangement provides a way to agree booking channels, service responsibilities and billing procedures together. The right model depends on your company's travel volume, policies and operational needs.
An established international relationship
CTS has been a member of the CWT Global Partners Network since June 2002.
Define the service around your organization
Discuss the travelers and teams involved, the assistance you need and your preferred communication channels. Account management, booking support, invoicing and reporting requirements should be addressed in the proposal and agreement, with responsibilities made clear before onboarding.
Clear commercial conditions
Ask for a proposal that explains applicable service fees, supplier charges where relevant, taxes, billing currency and payment conditions. Change and cancellation conditions should also be clarified. If your finance team needs transaction references, consolidated invoices or management reports, include these in your request so that their scope can be assessed and agreed.
Expertise supported by technology
Gafrino is CTS's planned corporate online booking tool. Its role is to support business travel workflows alongside professional travel coordination. Available functionality and company access will be confirmed during a separate product and onboarding discussion.
