Website terms of use

1. Website operator and contact

The website is operated by CTS LLC, identification number 202195061. CTS operates remotely, coordinating client communications by email and telephone. In-person meetings are available at 22 Peritsvaleba Street by prior appointment; please contact us to agree a time before visiting. The registered address is 36 Aghmashenebli Avenue, Tbilisi, Georgia. Website: ctstravel.ge. Contact: reservations@mycwt.ge; telephone +99532 2999 333.

The website is intended for people seeking information about corporate travel and for authorized representatives making business inquiries. Please provide accurate contact information and act within your authority when representing an organization.

2. Information and availability

Website descriptions explain CTS’s approach and matters you may ask us to assess. A listed service, airline, geographic market or technology does not by itself guarantee availability for your organization. Scope, service channels, fees, supplier conditions and payment arrangements must be confirmed in the relevant proposal and agreement.

Illustrations, sample workflows and demonstrations are explanatory. They are not live flight searches, fare quotations, confirmed bookings or evidence that every illustrated feature is available. Published historical figures describe the stated period and do not guarantee future results.

3. Preparing and submitting an RFQ

An RFQ is a request for a commercial proposal. Generating, editing, previewing or printing it does not send it to CTS. Use the final submission action to send it when the form is available; during maintenance or an interruption, contact CTS using the published details.

When submission is enabled, the completed request is sent only after the final submission action and required notice acknowledgment. A successful receipt confirms that CTS has saved the inquiry. It does not mean a booking, purchase, contract, account activation or credit approval has occurred.

CTS will review a received RFQ and a representative will contact you as soon as possible using the supplied details. No exact response deadline is promised. Keep the reference number. If the submission status is uncertain, follow the website’s retry guidance rather than repeatedly creating new requests.

4. Estimates, fees and payment preferences

Annual volumes and travel expenditure are estimates used to assess your needs. They are not commitments to purchase the stated quantity. Travel expenditure is distinct from CTS’s service fees. Any proposal must set out the relevant commercial charges and conditions.

Selecting a payment term expresses a preference for discussion. It does not approve credit, a credit limit or deferred payment. Payment conditions require assessment, contractual agreement and CTS approval. Final booking and supplier conditions are governed by the separate agreements applicable to the service.

5. Gafrino and partner-network references

Gafrino is CTS’s separate travel-technology initiative. Features described as planned, illustrative or subject to confirmation must not be treated as already available. An inquiry does not create Gafrino access or grant rights to third-party systems.

References to CWT, Amex GBT or a partner network do not make every global product, support channel or commercial arrangement part of a local CTS agreement. Relevant rights, responsibilities and service availability must be confirmed separately. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading requests, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, send spam or interfere with the website or its users. Do not put identity documents, card information or unnecessary sensitive traveler data in the inquiry form.

CTS may restrict abusive activity or temporarily suspend functions to protect the service. Any action affecting personal data remains subject to applicable law and the privacy policy.

7. Content and external links

You may read the public website and retain copies of your own RFQ for legitimate business use. This does not grant ownership of CTS or third-party content, software, logos or trademarks. Wider copying or reuse requires the relevant permission or another lawful basis.

External links are provided for reference. A third-party website has its own terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee that site’s accuracy, availability or suitability for your needs.

8. Privacy and communications

The privacy policy describes the handling of inquiry and website information. Reading or acknowledging it does not authorize unrelated marketing. If further traveler or booking information is needed later, it should be collected through an appropriate agreed channel rather than the initial RFQ.

The receipt shown on screen records receipt of an inquiry, not successful delivery of every staff email notification. Email and telephone follow-up should use the official contact channels stated on this website.

9. Website maintenance and responsibility

CTS aims to keep the website useful and accurate, but pages or tools may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or technical failures. Check important service and commercial details with CTS before relying on them for a transaction. Protect copies you print or save on your own devices.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights. Any specific service warranties, responsibilities or financial limits must be assessed under the applicable service agreement and law, not inferred from an RFQ receipt.

10. Updates, language and applicable law

These terms take effect when ctstravel.ge is made publicly available. Last updated: 23 October 2026. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing service agreement. English and Georgian versions are intended to convey the same meaning; contact CTS if you identify a difference. Neither language is assigned automatic precedence.

These website terms are governed by Georgian law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules. They do not establish an exclusive court or limit any legally available complaint or remedy.
